I dont know whether its going to land me up with an injured knee in a couple of months or umm..well at the finishline of the san francisco half marathon <br />:-)...Time will tell !<br />The weekend runs start tomorrow followed by the time trials on the weekend. Last 3-4 weeks it was only stretches & sum mile long runs..Things will be getting hectic soon and thats where it gets challenging offcourse.
